2020 Porsche Models

2020 Porsche Models

Luxury. High-performance. Eye-catching. Innovative. Timeless. There are many words you can use to describe the classic elegance offered by a Porsche. More than just a vehicle, more than a status symbol, a Porsche is an experience--an experience that should not be denied.

The 2020 Porsche model lineup offers even more stunning designs, more powerful engines, and more luxurious interiors. Porsche somehow continues to improve upon perfection and rise to meet the challenge issued by other manufacturers. Here are some of the most interesting additions to the 2020 lineup.

Porsche Taycan

The Porsche 2020 Taycan is an all-new, all-electric addition to Porsche's lineup. The company's first all-electric car will be available in two body styles--fastback sedan and wagon body--to reach a wider consumer base and offer improved versatility. The car features ultra-fast 800-volt charging technology that can provide 60 miles of range with just a four-minute charge and more than 200 miles of range with a 15-minute charge. The Taycan features a permanent all-wheel drive system and can generate up to 751 hp depending on the model level chosen. The most powerful Taycan variation can accelerate to 100 kph in just 2.8 seconds. This futuristic car offers a premium driving experience for those that want to combine high performance with eco-friendliness.

Porsche 911

The Porsche 911 sports car has been around since 1963, but the 2020 Porsche model lineup includes the all-new 992 series of the car manufacturer's most iconic model. The eighth generation of the 911 combines its rich history with a high-tech layout. Combining the old and the new has bred a car that is iconic and timeless yet also a vision of the future. The new 911 model is actually larger than its predecessors--the front and rear track are 1.5 inches wider, the car includes almost an inch more in overall length, and it weighs 160 pounds more. There are eight 911 models to choose from, in many more variations: the 911 Carrera, Carrera T, Targa 4, GTS, Turbo, Speedster, GT3, and GT2. With new styling and improved performance, the Porsche 911 remains on the top of any best sports car list.

Porsche Panamera

2020 is also the year of the redesign of Porsche's flagship sedan--the Panamera. Whether for business or personal use, a Porsche sedan is unlike any other automobile on the road. It offers ingenuity, performance, comfort, efficiency, and more. It perfectly transitions from being a car for your career to being a car for your family--this is especially true since it comes in both sedan and wagon body styles. For an intense driving experience, the Panamera offers chassis control systems, such as Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control Sports, Porsche 4D Chassis Control, and three-chamber air suspension or rear-axle steering. There are three conventional engine Panamera models, as well as hybrid models, all of which offer a choice of rear-wheel or all-wheel drive configurations.

Porsche's 2020 models offer standard favorites, redesigned classics, and all-new additions. If you want performance, you need a Porsche. If you want luxury, you need a Porsche. If you want safety, security, speed, and status, you need a Porsche.
