BMW Rolls out 2015 X3 Crossover at Chicago Auto Show

Even though we deal entirely in used
luxury vehicles in the Toronto area, we can't help
but get excited when we hear news about upcoming models from our favorite
automakers. That is because it never takes long for one of those brand new
vehicles to end up in our inventory. So today we are here with some very
exciting news from the floor of the Chicago Auto Show where BMW has just
unveiled the 2015 X3.

The X3 was first introduced to the BMW lineup back
in 2003, since then it has sold over one million models across the globe. This
series of Sport Activity Vehicles or SAVs as they are known appeal to drivers
that lead active lifestyles but still value luxury and performance in their
cars.

This newest version of the X3 has gotten some nice
upgrades to the interior and exterior. Drivers will certainly notice the new
circular headlights, chrome grille, reshaped front bumper and LED turn signals
on the side mirrors. The interior has more chrome trim, sliding covers for the
cup holders, as well as new upholstery designs.

We were especially interested to learn that BMW is
now giving drivers the option of selecting a 2.0-liter turbocharged
four-cylinder diesel engine. This powerplant can churn out 180 horsepower and
280 lb.-ft. of torque when paired with an eight-speed automatic
transmission.

Of course with this model coming out late in 2014,
it will certainly be a while before we see one of these great new cars come our
way. Until that happens, we hope that you will take the time to come explore
