Key Features

The Model X has a starting price of $156,000. The vehicle will have its distinct hawk wings at the rear and will be available in two trims: X and Plaid. The SUV is built for complete utility, comfortably seats seven people, and can tow a maximum weight of 2,267kg. However, there are some other features worth noting. Additionally, the windshield has a panoramic design, and with the added yoke steering wheel, you get an unobstructed view. The driver’s door can open and close with zero intervention. The occupants in the second row can also control the powerful cabin tri-zone air conditioning that emerges from hidden vents in the cabin. 

Infotainment and Connectivity

Having 10 teraflops (a speed unit of computing equal to 1,012 operations per second) unlocks the in-car gaming system with the newest game consoles. Occupants can play games wirelessly with headsets and controllers. The front and second rows have 43.18cm touchscreens that offer 2,200 x 1,300 resolution graphics to view movies, YouTube videos, and more. 

Safety and Driver-Assistance Features  

The Model X is built for absolute safety and advanced driver assistance. Included are emergency braking, which seems relatively pre-historic to the Navigate on Autopilot, Auto Lane Change, Summon, and Autopark systems. Summon allows you to retrieve your SUV automatically. The lane change system changes lanes automatically on the highway without any intervention.
