I traded my 2011 Bmw 335 for a 2008 Toyota Sienna at this dealership, the trade in process was fairly easy and they kept their word. I would recommend the dealership and do business with them again. Place has a stunning showroom of pristine exotics like something out of the movies. Washrooms are kept super clean, nice waiting area with couches, water and coffee. Even had masks and hand sanitizer due to corona. Need to make an appointment before visiting. After I arrived Junior had a brief look at my car and asked some questions. We were quickly able to reach an agreed upon a number and made the deal. I felt like maybe I could’ve got more for my car or paid less for Sienna I understand it’s a business/negotiation. The price I was offered for my car was in line with another used dealership I visited prior. It’s important obviously you do your research before on what comparable are worth for cars you are selling/buying. He agreed they would change brake pads, and detail the car- they did both. In addition they replaced windshield for $200 and did safety for $50 more which was nice. (Compared to $600 safety) All in all a good experience and I left satisfied
